This is Kurayumi Yamazaru (Yamazaru being his given name), a character based off me in my manga 'Senshi Gakko". It can be read on here on deviantART very soon. I have no idea who made the background, I found it on a wallpaper site on Google. Since he's a ninja, he spends a lot of his tine outside in his forest filled country.
